looking for an expert in video analytics to help with a live stream volume calculation project for inventory management of a pile of powder. Use a drone and also fixed cameras - user selection. Also advise the hardware needed that is good price/performance. No internet available at site,
Key Requirements:
- Submit system architecture of HW, SW
- Utilizing video analytics to calculate and track volume when an event occurs.
- Developing a system to process live streaming video feeds
- Find volume of a powder or dirt pile using multiple fixed cameras and also drone mounted cameras; and any other needed sensors in .NET core C#. Use openly available camera appliances so we shall be independent of any specialty vendors. If some 3rd party tools are used, our pre-approval, source codes and unlimited licenses be included, meeting our requirements given here.
