Upgrade .NET 3 Project to .NET 8

I'm looking for a skilled .NET developer to upgrade my existing .NET 3 project to .NET 8. The upgraded project needs to run on a Linux server with Plesk.
Key Requirements:
- Preserve existing functionalities: user authentication, database interactions, and API integrations.
- The Flutter app is already uploaded to the Google Play Store.
