Upgrade Audiometry Graphs Display
Budget: $750 – $1,500 SGD
I have a production hearing-records application backed by SQL. The current audiometry charts look dated and make it hard for clinicians to spot threshold changes at a glance. I want the entire graphing module replaced with purpose-built “Hearing Records App Audiometry Graphs” that load quickly, scale cleanly, and match the clinical conventions used in standard audiograms.
Scope
• Analyse the existing SQL schema and the stored procedures that currently feed the graphs.
• Design a new data pipeline (queries or views) that returns just the points needed for each audiogram, keeping load times low.

• Re-skin the graphs so left/right ear lines, frequencies, and dB levels follow industry colour codes and symbols.
• Provide a functional prototype inside the current app, then iterate once after user feedback.
• Deliver final source code, migration notes, and a brief deployment checklist.
