Update a simple web based application and re-deploy

I have a simple web application that is up and running. I need to add validation to some fields that did not have validation before. Adjust what it saves in logs. Maybe fix formatting in a few places. Then re-deploy it somewhere else. I need to find a new hosting for it, either simple and least expensive (yet reliable) cloud-based .NET virtual hosting (like AWS or OVH etc) or Windows virtual hosting at some reliable and inexpensive hosting company. Details are attached, to open use "webform", 1 page. I am a programmer myself but do not have time for this project. I expect everything to be well-documented and done with classy programming style. Full source code must be provided to be able to compile and deploy. As well as compiled project that matches the source, for fast deployment.
