Update .Net Application to run on Windows 11 & Server 2022

I am looking for a skilled developer to update my .Net application to run on Windows 11 and Server 2022. The current version of the application is .Net Framework 4.8 or earlier. I have access to an earlier version of the source code of the application, however some bugfixes were made since then. The main compatibility issue with the new operating systems is functionality issues.
