Unique Hardware ID Application

I am needing a Windows based small application that can run and generate a unique ID code based on the computers hardware. My company supports hundreds of customer laptops that we need to validate with a unique ID against our records. The customer pays for remote support and we need to be able to verify that we are working on the same PC that the customer paid a fee and be able to prove if a customer has switched out a different PC. Ideally this would be a small .exe that could be left on the users machine as well as write the value to a specific place in the registry for a doublecheck. We would also need to be able to copy the value via clipboard and then register/paste it in our CRM/ERP system. Here are a couple of sites of what I am looking for, I am just not a coder:

Once we have it working, I would like to polish it with our logo and a name like "AETools Laptop Verifier" or something.
