Truck Management Application (TMS)

I am looking to build a Trucking Management System (TMS) which should be able to handle all the aspects of a trucking company operations:
1. Creating and assigning loads to drivers
2. Ability to upload load paperwork and generate invoices to be sent to customers
3. Ability to send load details directly to Drivers via SMS and/or Email (Preferably have a Driver app)
4. Driver files managements (Driver application, paperwork signatures, documentation upload, expiration date reminders)
5. Truck management (Truck maintenance reminders, upload truck paperwork)
6. Payroll - ability to generate a driver paystub, based on the loads they hauled either % pay or cent per miles
7. Messaging to all drivers
8. Ability to create separate profiles for separate companies. (company A, B, C should have separate access and only see their own company data) Myself as an admin I would like to see all the information consolidated into a dashboard.
9. Optional (ability to run driver CDL Record, PSP
10. Optional (platform for driver safety training (assigning driver training course, track completions, award certificates)
