TreeView with search bar desktop application NOT web

ONLY bidders who can demo previous work on Treeview with Search bar like on the link below will be considered. This is a DESKTOP application NOT web. I have mysql database. I want a desktop application which has ONLY a searchable treeview which can do wild search of all the tables and relationships.

but for desktop and no 'search option'.
The UI needs to have admin part where admins can login and edit/add/delete. for the end users , tree view with search bar
