Touchscreen Conference Registration Kiosk

I need a production-ready conference registration system that ties a Windows WPF touchscreen kiosk to a cloud SQL database and an ASP.NET Core admin dashboard.

Front-of-house the kiosk must:
• let walk-in guests register themselves,
• allow pre-registered VIPs to check in with minimal taps, and
• trigger instant lanyard printing that shows each guest’s name, organisation and a scannable QR code.

Data from every action has to sync in real time to the cloud so multiple kiosks stay aligned. Back-of-house I want a web dashboard—built in ASP.NET Core—where I can log in, monitor live attendance, edit records and export reports. The dashboard should authenticate against Azure AD (or your equivalent recommendation) so I can later assign organiser and IT-admin roles.

You will:
• Design the SQL schema and provision the cloud database.
• Build the touch-friendly WPF kiosk app with reliable Zebra (or similar) printer integration.
• Generate high-resolution lanyard artwork and print in under three seconds.
• Develop the ASP.NET Core dashboard with login, search, CRUD, metrics and CSV export.
• Automate deployment with CI/CD so I can update all components easily.

Acceptance criteria
1. A new attendee gets a printed lanyard in ≤90 s.
2. A VIP checks in and prints immediately without re-entering data.
3. Dashboard reflects changes within five seconds.
4. Source code, database schema and infrastructure scripts are delivered in a private Git repo with build instructions.

If you have solid WPF, ASP.NET Core, Zebra printing and Azure SQL experience, describe similar work you’ve shipped and propose a realistic schedule for hitting the milestones.
