I am looking for a skilled developer to create a Windows-based productivity application primarily focused on allotment of various venues to different users. The venues have certain characterstics for usage and can be allotted for that purpose to users. Demand from various users are received for the venues and the venues are allotted by admin on First cum First Serve basis. However, admin retains the rights for adjust the dates of allotment. A venues has a certain capacity for number of users it can accomodate simultaneously.
