Technical advice on developing a DAPP

We have an existing web-based application and are planning to convert it to a DAPP and we need technical advice on how to go about it.

Note that this is only for providing us advice and not the actual development.

This will just be the start and if all goes well, we may include you on the team as the lead developer.
