Technical Project Advisor for AI-Learning Platform

Role Summary
We are seeking a Technical Project Advisor (TPA) with strong program execution skills and a Computer Science background to manage end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled learning and project journeys. You will drive daily execution, coordinate stakeholders, remove blockers, and ensure successful outcomes across learning, assessments, and project milestones.

Key Responsibilities

Own daily program execution from onboarding to project completion

Coordinate with trainers, SMEs, stakeholders, and internal teams

Track learner progress, assessments, interviews, and milestones

Run standups, check-ins, follow-ups, and issue triage

Manage cohort communications and escalations

Identify risks early and drive resolution with RCA

Maintain dashboards, trackers, and weekly reports

Ensure compliance with SOPs, tools, and platforms

Requirements

Bachelor’s in Computer Science / IT (preferred)

Prior experience with .NET and related technologies

Strong project/program management fundamentals

Leadership and mentoring capability

Comfort with engineering workflows and tools

Excellent communication and ownership mindset

Proficient in Excel/Sheets and documentation

Good to Have

Experience in L&D, bootcamps, or cohort-based programs

Familiarity with Jira, GitHub, LMS, or assessment platforms
