MS Teams Test Register App

I need a lightweight app inside Microsoft Teams that lets my team maintain an AS/NZ–compliant “test & tag” register. The core will be a List (SharePoint / Microsoft Lists back-end is fine) fed by regular CSV uploads. Each upload will follow a custom structure with these exact columns: Item ID, Test Date, Next Test Due Date, Status. When a file is dropped in, the data should map automatically to the list, overwrite or append as appropriate, and trigger the date-driven logic.

Key workflow
• The moment a record lands, the app calculates when the next test is due (if not already supplied) and stores it.
• At T-30 days, the responsible users receive both an email and a Teams notification.
• At or past the due date, a second, “overdue” alert fires the same way until the Status is cleared or the item is retested.
• All automation should rely on native Microsoft 365 tools—Power Automate, adaptive cards, Graph, etc.—so it remains easy to maintain.

Deliverables
1. Fully configured Teams app (packaged or as a Teams-pinned List) with import, validation, and alert flows active.
2. One-click CSV import guide for non-technical staff.
3. Documentation showing how the logic satisfies current AS/NZ test & tag record-keeping rules.
4. Brief hand-off call or video walkthrough.
