Sync multiple SQL server data to single server and fetch report - C# .net

I'm looking for an experienced developer. I have multiple instances of sql server running same database with different data in my LAN. I'm planning to add a new dedicated server where i can get all the datas synced from the individual sql instances. So when i want to view the report, i dont have to access every PC remotely and view report. Instead if i can get it synced to a single server, you can create me a vb.net program to view the required reports. Your tasks will be as mentioned below.
1. Create sync so all sql server data from multiple instances will be synced yo the master sql db.
2. View sync status
3. Create vb.net app to get 2 or 3 reports as required from the single db - Note * report should mention all the instance name and their data seperately.
Only experienced developers may contact. Those who work with sync for sql server before, its very simple. Others please dont waste time. Time frame is 7 days.
