Job Title: StepWise Developer (.NET + SQL + Healthcare Benefits) – Job Support

We are looking for an experienced StepWise Developer for ongoing job support and issue handling on healthcare benefit configuration projects. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with **StepWise (Benefit Configuration / Benefit Module B2)** along with backend technical skills.

* SQL / SSMS
* .NET / ASP.NET
* REST / SOAP APIs
* Azure DevOps (PBI / Sprint Tracking)
* Healthcare Benefits Configuration
* Debugging & Production Support

Responsibilities:

* Support benefit configuration and workflow changes
* Work on formulas, BMU updates, and portal configurations
* Handle SQL queries, fixes, and backend validations
* Troubleshoot integration and workflow issues
* Coordinate during live support / KT sessions

Screening Questions:

1. What is the difference between Formula Designer and BMU?
2. Why do we use BMU instead of Formula Designer for some tables?
3. What is a Value List in StepWise?
4. How do dependencies work in a Value List?
5. How do you identify the backend step name for a UI benefit field?
