SteamKit2 tool for Dota 2 lobby management ASP Net 6 -- 2

I need a class library compatible with ASP Net 6 which will do the following :
1-Create Dota 2 lobby
2-Invite players to the aforementioned lobby
3-Manage players inside the lobby (Kick, reassign, lobby chat, slots info etc. )
4-Disband lobby
5-Eventually start the match and lets me know if the match has started or failed to start
