Splose Data Sync to SharePoint

Job ID: 40097113

Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD

I need to pull patient-record data from Splose via its REST API, map those fields into one or more SharePoint Online lists, and keep the lists in sync so every insert, update, or deletion is tracked. The data set is large—hundreds of columns across hundreds of rows—so the solution has to handle both the initial bulk load and incremental refreshes without throttling SharePoint or breaching Splose rate limits.

At this stage I’m not certain whether we’ll need to pre-filter or transform the payload; your guidance on best practice for performance and storage will be valuable. Versioning and change history must be retained in SharePoint so we can audit who changed what and when. A lightweight Power Apps front end is a possible add-on but only if it materially improves usability; otherwise SharePoint views will suffice.

Deliverables
• Secure connector or script (Power Automate, Azure Function, or equivalent) that authenticates to Splose, retrieves patient records, and writes to SharePoint lists.
• SharePoint schema created and documented, including column types, relationships, and indexing strategy.
• Incremental sync logic with full change-log capture.
• Deployment guide and handover documentation.
