Software application to edit and format Microsoft Office documents.

I need a freelancer who can create a software application with a user-friendly user interface.
I get multiple documents from various freelancers related to educational software. Freelancers do some
formatting mistakes. I want to rectify the errors/mistakes by using a software application.
I shall input Microsoft word file to the software application and I should get rectified file as output.
Samples of the documents can be provided at a later stage after acceptance of the project by the freelancer.
Kindly note that this project is not for data entry operators. This is purely software development work.
