We are expanding regional delivery team and looking for experienced freelance Software Project Managers / Technical Leads with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies and enterprise solution delivery.
We are specifically seeking professionals based in Estonia, Serbia, Türkiye, and Ukraine who are open to frequent travel and on-site assignments across the GCC region including UAE, Kuwait, Oman, and Saudi Arabia.
All business travel, accommodation, and project-related expenses will be covered by the company.
Required Technical Skills
* Microsoft .NET / ASP.NET Core
* React JS
* Microsoft Azure
* REST APIs & enterprise integrations
* Azure DevOps / Agile delivery
* Enterprise software architecture understanding
Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate enterprise software delivery projects
* Work directly with GCC government and enterprise stakeholders
* Lead technical discussions, workshops, and implementation planning
* Coordinate engineering, QA, UI/UX, and infrastructure teams
* Support deployments, UAT, production rollout, and client coordination
* Provide on-site project execution and delivery governance
Requirements
* Strong communication and client-facing skills
* Experience managing software engineering teams or enterprise projects
* Ability to travel frequently across GCC countries
* Professional English communication skills
* Arabic language is an advantage but not mandatory
* Ability to work in fast-paced delivery environments
Preferred Background
* Government, justice, healthcare, banking, or enterprise digital transformation projects
* Experience with cloud infrastructure and enterprise integrations
* Previous GCC project exposure is a plus
