Software Engineerting Expert to review code

We are looking for a software engineering consultant who are familiar with .net C#, Java coding to help on a software investigation.
The candidate is supposed to review all documentation that we provided, understand the technical questions and help us prepare an English report. Also, we will need him to attend a hearing and answer questions related to those technical questions.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years of software engeering experice in C# and Java
2. English Native Speaker
Preferrence:
1. Experience of acting as technical expert for IP related consulting will be a big plus.
