Simplified Multi-Warehouse Inventory Management System

We need a simple and efficient inventory management system for our company. The system will manage two warehouses, each with its own warehouse manager. The key features we require are:

Multi-Warehouse Management:
Two warehouses, each managed by its own warehouse manager.
Stock Management:
Warehouse managers can manage incoming and outgoing stock (no need for pricing features).
Warehouse managers should be able to request stock.
Warehouse managers and admin should be able to be notified when stock status ( low stock, critical stock, near expired date, or expired).
Stock Request and Approval:
Warehouse managers can request stock.
Admin has the ability to view and approve or decline stock requests.
User Roles:
Warehouse Managers: Handle incoming and outgoing stock, submit stock requests.
Admin: View all stock requests and approve/decline them.
No Pricing Management:
We do not need to track or manage pricing. The focus is solely on stock movement and request handling.
Simple, Easy-to-Use Interface:
The system should be intuitive for non-technical users.
Web-based or cloud-based solutions preferred.
Requirements:
Proven experience with inventory management systems or similar projects.
Ability to implement user roles and permissions.
Ability to integrate stock requests and approvals in a streamlined process.
Basic reporting features (e.g., request history, stock levels).
Customizable system for potential future growth.
