Simple OCR in .net

I would like to build a simple OCR in .net. We will use an image scanner that will scan a lot of small papers in batch as images. This scanner has SDK for you to capture all the
scanned images using the scanner SDK and TWAIN API with embedded scanner library to integrate scanning functions within your program.

We only need to capture the alphanumeric ID and currency amount (RM) from the small papers. For example:
1324-ABCD-5678-EFGH
RM999.99
We only need your service to get the scanned images and get OCR from each image then returned the OCR result.
You may build a DLL for us to use your function or write us a sample code in .net
