SharePoint Setup, Migration & OneDrive Integration

I need a SharePoint Online team site stood up for a four-person team with OneDrive for Business fully connected. Once the site structure is in place, every document, image and video currently living in our SugarSync account has to be migrated over. Data integrity is critical, so I will ask you to validate that nothing is lost or corrupted during the move and to provide me with a brief report of any anomalies you spot.

Because each employee handles different functions, the library will require tailored permissions—some folders must be read-only for certain people, while others stay private or editable only by their owners. We can review the exact matrix together, but you should be comfortable configuring unique access levels inside SharePoint as well as in each user’s OneDrive sync client.

After migration you’ll remote in (or come on a live call) and walk all four staff members through installing and syncing the new OneDrive for Business client on their Windows or macOS machines, making sure their local folders map correctly to the new cloud locations.
