SharePoint Developer for Intranet for Sole Practice Lawyer

I'm a lawyer located in Australia, being 25 years in sole practice, and want to find someone skilled in SharePoint to help me set up an intranet (allowing clients to access parts) to record matters, communicate with clients (link with Outlook) and time billing.
I've started teaching myself SharePoint and see its amazing potential. With my experience, I have quite a few ideas about how SharePoint can be used in the context of a legal practice. I’ve looked at other practice management software like Leap, Clio, Lawcus etc but I’ve not seen any others using SharePoint and offering a service that I have in mind.
You must be competent at SharePoint and other Microsoft products and provide examples of your past work.
Who knows, after completing this first task and seeing the quality of your work and building a good relationship, we could consider working together to develop and commercialise a software program for law firms.
