Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fully remote environment.
Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to overall team success.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
