About the Role
We are looking for a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of complex, enterprise-grade applications. The role requires deep expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, REST APIs, microservices, and modern frontend frameworks (React/Angular), along with strong cloud experience and a proven track record of building scalable, secure solutions. Collaboration with a U.S.-based team is essential, requiring excellent communication and leadership skills.
#Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of web applications using .NET Core, C#, and JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React/Angular).
- Architect and implement microservices-based solutions with secure REST APIs.
- Design, optimize, and maintain relational and NoSQL databases** (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices to ensure high-quality, repeatable releases.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and U.S.-based product teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and security hardening.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
#Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on enterprise systems.
- Expert in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, Entity Framework.
- Strong frontend skills in **JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern framework (React or Angular).
- Proficiency with SQL databases and NoSQL alternatives.
- Solid experience with cloud services (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP also acceptable).
- Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and Microservices architecture.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and automated testing.
- Excellent problem-solving, architecture, and system design skills.
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Professional work-from-home setup (quiet environment, stable internet, working camera & microphone).
- Must be available during U.S. business hours for collaboration.
