Screen Recording software
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Script:
1. Run on windows 2019 server.
2. Start screen recording( use "sharpavi" as framework) if a user is logged in and having a session.
3. Stop recording if no user is logged in and having a session.
4. Have recording software working in background not in the taskbar, in a window but minimized in the notification area of taskbar.
5. Save recording in a folder of choice, AND uploaded to a free cloud storage ( maybe onedrive, google drive or dropbox ( i think dropbox is easiest maybe?) )
6. Make sure I can set the increments of screen recordings anywhere from 1 minute all the way up to 2 hours. If the videos are smaller, then I need script to combine the video files into 1 video for each session of a user logging in. If video is longer than 2 hours, then break it up into more files, so then i can review all of recorded content easily.
7. Put a date and time stamp in title of combined video of beginning of the each user session.
8. Prevent Admin users from being able to delete videos and the script from being ended. An example of an idea is have the folder video saved in AND the script be password protected with a password that isnt the windows password. There might be other solutions to this. Effectively prevent any Admin user from stopping the screen recorder from recording them, and any videos that are saved from being accessed or altered.
9. I want a pop up on the screen that says "This workspace is being monitored and screen recorded for safety and quality assurance purposes"
10. I need an easily deployable .exe so that all of the above steps can be setup automatically if I deploy it in any new Virtual machine. ( perhaps with a UI where we input the cloud login info if needed ( username, password, any tokens needed, etc.)
Please make sure any script that it developed is pretty straight forward and any of the code submitted can easily be reviewed ( not thousands or hundreds of thousands of line of code)!
Your code submission will be reviewed by my developer in order to ensure security and functionality. Please submit ONLY the files with which you changed yourself, and not any LIBRARIES. If you need to use library files, it is okay, but you instruct us how to download those libraries from secure sites.
