Sample of a House Management System

In this project, I prepared a house management system where an admin can view all the information about his house from the system. Admin can login to the dashboard and only admin can create a username and password for renter and guard so that they can also login to this system.
Admin can easily get all the necessary information in this system.

Project Details-Functionality
Admin:
• Admin Can login through existing User name and Password
• In Admin’s DashBoard, there have 4 main Button
• Only the admin can give the user name and password to Guard and Renter to use this system.
• Admin can Register new renter and all data of renter will be stored in the database
• With a single Click, the admin can view all the database history
• Admin can also control guard details like registration, modification, and view option into the dashboard
Guard
• From the admin panel, a user name and password will be given to the guard for login
• Only Guard can enter the Visitor details
• Visitors must have to enter his/her information in the Guard section.
Renter
• If a new renter wants to log in to the system he/she must have to register from the admin
• Admin will give user name and password to Renter
• The renter can view current billing info on the dashboard.

** You can modify any attributes of this system. This is just a sample demo
