Responsive 4.0 GPA Desktop Calculator

I need a desktop application that lets users enter courses, credit hours, and earned grades, then instantly see their cumulative GPA on the standard 4.0 scale. The window must resize gracefully—columns should re-flow or scroll, fonts scale cleanly, and no element overlap, so it feels as fluid as a modern web page even though it runs locally.
Windows is my daily driver, yet I’d like a codebase that can be ported without major rewrites, so I’m open to Electron, .NET MAUI, Qt, or any toolkit you prefer. What matters most is a smooth install experience, a clean UI, and absolutely accurate calculations.
Typical workflow: open the app to an empty table, hit “Add Course” to insert rows, choose a letter grade (A+ through F) or configurable numeric value, enter credit hours, and watch the GPA update in real time. A sidebar should also display total credits and, if possible, a target-GPA field that shows how many future A’s would be needed to reach a chosen goal.
