Resolve .NET Application Memory Issue

I need an expert to resolve a persistent "out of memory" issue in our self-hosted .NET application with an MS SQL database.

Key Details:
- Application Size: ~300MB
- Database Size: ~10GB
- Server: 64GB RAM
- Issue often arises post TFS deployment.

We perform daily updates to the application and database. Currently, we temporarily mitigate the issue by restarting the server.

Ideal Skills:
