Real-Time .NET Automation Dashboard

I need a web-based automation system, built in C# on ASP.NET Core, that ingests continuous-stream data straight from an external API, runs it through a set of configurable rules, and—whenever a rule matches—fires the appropriate calls to external APIs automatically. After each execution the bot should cleanly refresh or restart so it is always ready for the next data burst.

A lightweight dashboard is essential. Through the browser I want to:
• watch live stats and current system status as the stream flows,
• browse searchable logs and downloadable reports,
• and edit or add rule parameters without touching the codebase.

Please use SQL Server or PostgreSQL for persistence—whichever you are more comfortable with—while keeping the data layer abstract enough that a future switch is painless. Clean, well-documented code and sensible architecture patterns (DI, async, error handling) will be valued.
