Razorpay Webhook Handler in Azure -- 2

I need an Azure Function App in C# that captures payment success events from Razorpay.

Requirements:
- Capture payment success events via webhook
- Update database with payment details

Ideal Skills:
- Experience with Azure Functions
- Knowledge of C# is a must
- Familiarity with Razorpay and webhooks
- Database update logic
