RFID project using .NET

I am looking for a developer to help me with an RFID project using .NET technology. I have existing RFID hardware, so I'm ready to go in that regard. This project will require a robust software platform, so I'm looking to use .NET. As far as analytics/reporting goes, I do not need any as part of this project. I'm confident that a versed and experienced developer will be able to complete this project successfully, and on time.
