Property Rental Portal Development

1. Executive Summary
Create a portal for property rental which allows owners to post details about their property and rent seekers to search the properties and request owners for sharing the contact details for further discussions.
2. Requirements
User Stories -1:
➤ Create login and sign up page which let owners and rent seekers to create account using their name, email address, phone numbers and credentials (user name and password).
Further sign in using the credentials.
o Create UI, DB tables for users and authenticate the user.
Build home screen with 2 tabs-
Tab 1-Owner-Post about property
Tab 2-Rent Seeker - Search property
Owner:
View all the posts which are created by that specific owner in a grid.
Add new property post or edit /delete existing post by clicking the button in the
Grid.

• Add new property post or edit/delete existing post by clicking the button in the Grid.
When Add button is clicked, ask for following inputs from users and provide option to Save.
County, State, City, Property Type (Apartment, House), Price, Bedrooms Count, Bathroom Count, Parking Included (Yes/No), Pets Allowed (Yes/No), Furnished None, Semi, Fully), Availability (Immediate, Later), Additional Notes.
Show the newly added property in the Owner's list with the status "Available" with the property ID. User can edit the details and mark this property as "Rented" and switch back to "Available" as posted again. Also Delete the property.
Create UI, Call API to load Country, State, City Names, DB to store property details and validate the inputs all the mandatory fields are filled, Save details and generate new property ID
User Stories -2:
➤ Rent Seeker:
o User can search the properties from this tab.
o Request user for following inputs-
County, State, City, Property Type (Apartment, House), Price Range (Min and Max), Bedrooms Count, Bathroom Count, Parking Included (Yes/No), Pets Allowed (Yes/No), Furnished (None, Semi, Fully), Availability (Immediate, Later) with the Search Button.
User can input any combination to search or None to load all.
o Show list of properties in a grid by applying the filters based on user inputs (only "Available" ones).
• Provide view button in the grid and open the property detail in a popup keeping all columns (except owner details) inputted by Owner with the "Share my contact" and "close" buttons in the bottom.
• When user click the share button, ask for the confirmation "Do you want to proceed sharing your contact details to this property Owner?", when user click "Confirm" then reflect this in the Owner's.
Only once they can share and further follow-up can be done after 24 hours by clicking follow-up button from the same popup (first time "Share" and then "Follow- up after 24 hours)
.Owner Tab:
Add one more column in the Owner grid-"View Interested Seekers" button at the
end, when user click this open a popup with the table showing
Users (Seekers) shared their contact for this property - Name, email id, phone
number, Shared date. Keep latest request at the top highlighted.
• When seeker clicked follow-up, update the shared date to follow-up date and keep
this seeker at the top
Need only frontend by using angular 16 plus
