Program Needed to Automate Manual Data Entry -- 2

Seeking full stack developer that can create a program to automate manual data entry. The client is spending a lot of time entering shipment data multiple times and manually creating multiple files, checking data against lists, etc. The program should accept drag and drop files, be able to create folders on desktop, rename files, generate new files based on excel file templates, check list for existing products, display entered data in columns & rows for quick copy and paste into excel, etc..
