Windows Software for Auto-Rescheduling Passport Appointments with Millisecond Precision

Project Description:

We are looking for an experienced Windows software developer to build a custom desktop tool that automates the rescheduling of Indian passport appointments. The goal is to continuously monitor for available appointment slots and instantly reschedule to the nearest date/time within a defined range, with millisecond accuracy.

Key Features Required:

Login Automation:

Accept user input: Passport Seva username, password, and ARN number.

Must support auto-captcha solving (preferably via any working OCR or third-party API).

Should keep session alive during active monitoring.

Slot Monitoring & Booking:



User inputs:

Desired date range (e.g., from DD-MM-YYYY to DD-MM-YYYY)

Time range for appointment availability (e.g., 9 AM to 1 PM)

Auto-select the application using the provided ARN number.

Continuously scan for available appointment slots and reschedule only if the slot falls within the given date and time range.

Must perform the rescheduling/booking with millisecond-level response time.

Software Requirements:

Platform: Windows (7/10/11)

Language: Developer's choice (Python/.NET/C++) as long as performance is optimized

Lightweight, easy-to-use GUI preferred

Logging system to show attempts, successes, and errors

Deliverables:

Complete Windows executable

Source code with documentation

Instructions for installation and use

Any 3rd party library/API setup support (e.g., Captcha solving service)

Ideal Developer Should Have:

Experience with web automation (Selenium, Puppeteer, or alternatives)

Understanding of session management and handling live sessions

Familiarity with captcha-solving mechanisms

Experience with fast UI automation (millisecond precision)

Prior work with government portals (a plus)
