PharmaPlus Pharmacy Billing Software

I'm looking for a developer to create a comprehensive pharmacy billing software named PharmaPlus. This software should be designed as a Windows installer and include essential features such as GST calculations (5%, 12%, 18%), inventory management, ledger functionalities, and A5 bill printing. I already have the design and specific requirements ready.

Key Requirements:
- GST integration with rates of 5%, 12%, and 18%
- Inventory management including stock management, expiry tracking, batch number tracking, supplier management, and details like MRP, rate, discount, and schemes
- Ledger features including debtors/creditors management, transaction history, and outstanding balance tracking
- A5 bill printing capability
- Development as a Windows installer
