Pear Inventory Tracking Software
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I need a straightforward fruit-inventory application dedicated to one product: pears. The core requirement is real-time stock tracking so I always know what is on hand, what has moved, and what needs my attention. My current workflow is still spreadsheet-based, so the first milestone is a smooth import of existing CSV data; after that I want to see live updates each time a carton leaves or arrives at the warehouse.
Because I may expand to apples and grapes later, please keep the data model open enough to add new SKUs without rewriting the code. A lightweight web interface or a small desktop app is fine, provided it runs on Windows and lets me access the numbers from my phone when I am off-site. If you prefer Python (Django or Flask), JavaScript (Node, React, Vue), or even a .NET stack, mention it—performance and clear code matter more to me than the framework.
Deliverables
• A working inventory system focused on pears with real-time stock tracking
• CSV import/export and a simple dashboard showing current quantities and recent movements
• Basic user authentication so warehouse staff can log changes
• Brief setup guide and commented source code
Once the stock tracking module is solid I will consider adding reorder alerts and sales reports, so designing with that future in mind will be a plus.
