The product is an MS Outlook plugin that assists users in rewriting their emails using GPT before sending. The plugin can be installed as an addon to the existing Outlook application. When composing an email, the user can highlight the relevant portion of the text and then click a button to send the highlighted text to a cloud service. The service, powered by GPT, will then generate a rewritten version of the text, which will appear below the original text within the Outlook window. The user can then review and edit the rewritten email before sending it to their intended recipients.
Your side will just need to handle getting the data sent to the web api we will be building and then waiting for response or polling an api for response. For example you post the data and get a job id response then you poll another endpoint by that job id. Then you put the data in the email.
The plugin should also have an auth capability so that the user logs in after install. You can keep a long running auth token locally that is sent with each request. One reply instead of the job ID above is a login failure at which point they would need to login again.
