I'm looking for a skilled software developer who can develop an application or program that will be able to count the number of words in each email within an Outlook 2010 folder. Here are the specific requirements:
- Word Count: It should not just focus on the body text, but also be able to count the words within attachments.

- Familiar with different file formats like PDF and Word Documents, as the program should be able to read these types of file attachments.
