OnlyOffice CRM Email Modification
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
Objective:
Automatically link all incoming/outgoing emails to CRM contacts (with manual matching option) and deploy via Docker.
Current Setup:
OnlyOffice CRM (built-in functionality) matches emails to threads, not contacts.
-> Make all incoming and outcoming e-mails match to the contact, so that the e-mail is saved with the contact automatically. This solution should comply with OnlyOffice’s existing CRM-mail linking logic but extend its functionality.
Requirements:
- Auto-Matching: Link emails to CRM contacts using email addresses (existing & newly added).
- Manual Override: UI/API trigger to retroactively link emails when contacts are created later.
- Docker Deployment: Production-ready docker-compose.yml with minimal config.
- Documentation: Clear instructions for me to understand the code.
- Module: Integrate it as a module which pulls the existing repo and builds on it.
Ideal Skills:
- Familiarity with email CRM workflows.
- Proficiency in .NET and containerization.
- Ideally located in Europe.
