I need a desktop-based Admin/GM Tool for my game server.

The application must be developed in **C# WinForms** using **.NET Framework 3.5 or 4.0** and connect directly to **Microsoft SQL Server 2008**.

**This is NOT a web application.**
I do not want IIS, ASP.NET, or any browser-based admin panel.

## Important

I already have the SQL Server database and game server.

The developer will receive the required database structure and table information after the project starts.
