VB.Net set the Main Menu Style with gripstyle

I am seeking a professional VB.Net developer to address the issues with the main menu style on my application. I have tried everything my best to resolve the issue, but I am unable to add the gripstyle and I am unable to change the menu items background to make it the same style as the screenshot as the outlook express.
