I am looking for .NET expert to consult and develop the following service
1. setup the project development code in my windows server
2. Setup SonarQube community edition to Review the code and provide recommendations.
3. Apply the recommendations both at db level and query level to improve the code performance and quality.
4. Need to look at the possibilities to improve the architecture by setting up server instances to handle cron jobs and messaging
5. Setup Azure Cloud and configure the Azure Devops (as part of SonarQube) for CI/CD with git repository.
