.Net MAUI developer - App - Mac and Windows

I am looking for a .Net MAUI developer who is experienced with .NET Core.

Task:
- Build a new application from scratch.

Specific features and functionalities:
- The client has a detailed list of features and functionalities that they want in the new application.
