.Net CI/CD Implementation for Rapid Deployment

I need a professional who can set up a Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) system for a product developed in the .Net Framework. The primary objective of this project is to facilitate faster deployment of our product with aoutomation process that allow us deliver our software ERP over our Clients that run our software on premise
Key Requirements:
- Establish CI/CD tools from scratch as currently, we are not using any.
- The deployment will be exclusively on our on-premises servers, so knowledge and experience with configuring CI/CD for on-prem environments is essential.
- As this is a .Net Framework product, expertise in .Net and its related tools is crucial.
- Your role will also include providing recommendations on suitable CI/CD tools and setting them up for our use.
Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience in .Net Framework
- Proficient in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions etc.)
- Knowledgeable in configuring CI/CD for on-premises servers
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and set up systems from scratch.
