.Net Developer with Experinece in Angular Development

Hi, I am looking for a .NET developer for a longer period to work with me. The person should be fluent in English and willing to work with us in flexible hours according to the client's requirements.
This will be a full-time position, so the person should be ready to work a minimum of 8 hours daily. We don't require an agency, we need to talk to the developer directly.
The person should possess the following skills:
1. 5+ years of experience in Angular Development
2. .Net core API development
3. Knowledge of SQL4. Fluent in English
