.Net Core Database Metadata Connector

I need a .Net Core module that can connect to various databases, extract metadata, and display it on a dashboard. The module should produce a dll component.
Key Requirements:
- Connect to and retrieve metadata from the following databases and file formats: Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Flat files, Excel files, MS Access, Image files, DB2, and any additional databases the developer may want to include.
- Extract comprehensive metadata including schema structure, data types, indexes and constraints, tables, users, columns, and procedures.
- Display the extracted data on a dashboard.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in .Net Core development
- Experience with creating .dll components
- Familiarity with various database systems and file formats
- Ability to design and implement dashboards
