Need to decrypt pgp file in azure blob -- 2

It's very urgent requirement, looking for someone available immediately.
We get file in SFTP, need to bring them to azure blob (we are using azure data factory for this bring these to blob) and decrypt using pgp key.
There is no direct way in adf do that, read in the internet that we need to use Azure Function App and Logic app.
Seeking help if someone has already done it, need to do remotely or in your trail environment, so that i can replicate the same as I can't give access to my azure environment.
