Need to Rebuild the Windows Application -- 2

I have brought the Software, The Application will run only when I insert the pen drive which was provided by them. So I need to use without inserting the pen drive & also I need to use it in multiple devices. The software does not require any internet connection to run & also it does not have any username and password authentication, I need a person who decompile the software and change the code and rebuild it so that it can run without pen drive.
